GLOSSIER CLOUD PAINT: THOUGHTS + SWATCHES

WHAT’S GOOD?! I’m back again with another first impressions video! This time I’m trying and swatching the new Glossier Cloud Paint–a new makeup product that just launched last week. The Glossier Cloud Paint is a blush that’s packaged in a tube for easy application. No brushes required! I find this to be the perfect type of cheek product because it has a sheer pigment & watery consistency, making the color buildable and easy to blend.

At first, I thought that this was going to a very creamy/mousse type of situation, but was kind of glad when it turned out to be more of a water stain because I also found that they work really well on powder or liquid-to-powder foundations. The foundation that I’m wearing in the video below is the Hourglass Immaculate Liquid Powder Foundation (probably the best foundation for oily skin on the market right now…but I’ll post a review on that later!) and I love the way these blushes blend and stain the skin instead of sitting on top of the foundation like cream blushes do!

The Glossier Cloud Paint comes in four different shades: Beam, a nude peachy color; Dusk, a deep taupe-y brown; Puff, a vibrant Barbie pink; and Haze, a deep plum color. Watch the video below to see which shade is my favorite and also what each color looks like on brown skin!
